Young members of this species have silver flanks, which change to bronze as they age. The common bream is a deep bodied fish that is relatively thin across the body, it has a green-brown back with golden bronze flanks and a white underbelly. The Common Bream is a much more desired fish compared to the silver bream, as it can grow far larger and is often found in vast shoals. Mature silver bream retain their silver colour, which (other than size) acts as the main way to distinguish between the two. Not only is the silver bream a different species to the common bream, but it is also far less common and does not grow as large as the common bream. A distinctive characteristic of the silver bream is the V-shaped pattern on its underbelly, formed as the scales from each side of its body meet. But you need that setup I mentioned.As its name suggests, the silver bream is bright silver in colour, its body is particularly slim and deep. You should enjoy the lure fishing for them and you will make lots of money as well. Get the Narrow Spoon 7g 1/0 Ammorite ( purple ) spoon for that. Farm bass at Lonestar until you can have at least a 15kg stringer as well as a 2.9kg spinning setup with 2.7kg line. The better option then is to go to New York ( Emerald Lake ). So do you think is it too early for me at this stage to go for more expensive locations. 1 of them #6 with red worms, the other #4 with bread and honey. 2x beginner feeders rods, 2kg reel on each one, 1.8kg line on each one. I would advise to use your float until license expire, go back to Lonestar and farm bass there until you can afford the beginner feeder setup. You will be better of with 2x feeder rods. But that lake is optimized for feeders really. And float will have medium success on #6 with redworms or bread and honey.
